Great App, but...

Update: I have talked to their support about the issue, and got quick responses. Great support and really awesome that there is a previous history to bring back scripts that were deleted. Raised my score!

I have used this app for a long time and I loved it. It is easy to use and navigate and very fun.

I am not sure if it is the new update but I when a I had recently opened the app I see two of the same scripts. So I tested both. One would open and the other would open and close automatically with a pop up message saying, "Could not open the file. Please try again later." It has been coming up everyday for the past couple of weeks, hoping that the developers would fix the issue. I then deleted one of the scripts that had the, "Could not open the file. Please try again later." After deleting, I realize the entire script keep saying that message and now I lost my work after typing so many pages.

It is ridiculous that the app wont even open my file or fix the issue. I am not sure if it is just me or if anyone else is having the same issue. I just cant believe that I lost my work due to a software issue.
