Glitchy and Poor Customer Support

This app was fine at first and worked for a solid year but in the last couple updates its gone to hell. It wont upload new scripts for me, whether I drag and drop from my computer or use the cloud to import. Ended up losing a couple scripts because of it. When I try and open new scripts or older ones it just says "error." Ive tried reinstalling it and nothing works. Wrote an email to customer support and got nothing. Now for some reason when Im typing pages it cuts off half the page so I can only see a sliver of what should be on screen. Going to stick to using Celtx on my computer.
